When Should I Place My Order?
All orders should be received by phone or email 48 hours, or 2 business days in advance. Some specialty items and requests may require additional notice. We always do our best to accommodate late requests whenever possible.

Do You Have A Minimum Order Amount?
A $100 minimum order, not including delivery or taxes applies.

Do You Provide Cutlery & Serving Utensils?
Please let us know if you require any disposable plates, napkins, cutlery or serving utensils. A small charge may apply.

What If I Need To Make Changes/Cancel?
We have a minimum 48-hour cancellation policy, that is if you need to make any changes or cancel an order. We always do our best to accommodate any last-minute changes. Please note any last minute changes the day of your order may be subject to a service fee.

Can I Request A Delivery Time?
We always do our utmost to have deliveries arrive at the requested time, but we may be earlier than requested. Our delivery staff are not responsible to set-up of any food being delivered. Please let us know if you need assistance with set up and we can arrange staff.

Is There A Delivery Charge?
A delivery charge will be added to the order depending on your location. Please ask customer service to confirm the charge.

What If I Have Dietary Restrictions?
We do our very best to accomdate to all dietary restrictions such as Vegan, Diary Free, Gluten Free, Nut Free and any there allergies that you may have. Small charge may apply.
